I have another Silhouette project for you today. They have many colors of vinyl, but did you know they also have frosted vinyl? It’s pretty awesome!
To load the vinyl, it takes just one push of a button. After the vinyl is loaded, you tell the program (on your computer) to “send to Silhouette”. Then you make some adjustments to the speed and thickness and media. Click “cut page”. Sit back and watch this little beaut do her thing!
I got a little excited and forgot to take pictures after that. This is the monogram and flourish with the excess vinyl taken away. It’s backward because I have to put the transfer paper on.
Here it is with the transfer paper pressed on it. You rub the transfer paper on to make the transfer paper adhere to the vinyl, then remove the original backing of the vinyl, leaving only the vinyl and the transfer paper.
I know that might sound complicated, but it really isn’t.
