It’s early December, so it’s time to share my recent finds with you from last month. I got some really good deals, but a lot of this great stuff was FREE! I have the best family and friends. Once you start doing what I do, people are so quick to help out with great goodies.
Cousin Terry loves thrift shopping and is always on the lookout for me. She scored a couple of great sewing cabinets for me. This mid century modern cabinet is in great shape.
This one on the other hand definitely needs some TLC.
A good friend replaced her windows and I was lucky enough to receive her old screens. . . .
. . . and windows! Lots of screens in several sizes. The windows are all this size, eight total.
These are the grids for the windows. The windows are very heavy.
This fabulous headboard was left on the side of the road. Rodney picked it up for me. I love the lines, and it is solid wood.
Terry and I went to a few thrift stores, and I was looking for something small, maybe a suitcase—to store Lulu Mae’s clothes in. This little vintage sewing cabinet seemed perfectly suited for the job.
A neighbor was working on an old house and dropped off these two windows for me.
Most recently, while I was straightening out my booth at Vendors’ Village I browsed around and found this awesome lamp for only $4.00!!
That’s it for now! I am excited to hear your thoughts and ideas on what to do with these items. Y’all always have the best suggestions!
