I feel honored that someone thinks enough of My Repurposed Life to nominate me for the 2012 The Homies, The Best DIY Blog. I’m in great company, the competition is stiff. I know I won’t win, but it sure is fun to be in the competition. I would appreciate your vote.
Did you notice I wasn’t here on Tuesday morning? We’ll blame it on jetlag, left over from the wild weekend at Blissdom. I actually thought I had a post scheduled. When I realized I didn’t, the computer was doing a PC Tuneup, and I got frustrated.
If you follow on facebook, you’ve already seen some sneak peek pictures.

Still working on it.
Almost . .
oops… the camera tilted on the tripod.
We sort of got the giggles.
and the sillies
Saturday afternoon we skipped the luncheon and visited the Nashville Flea Market with Jamie.
I love looking at junk and hardware. It was fun to experience this type of shopping with one of the best junkers I know!
Oh man! I didn’t see that chandelier hanging up over my left shoulder.
It was a fun afternoon.
Saturday night was the girls night in. PJ night. We got comfy.
The view from our room
The Opryland Hotel is really huge, but we were really close to all of the action!
I didn’t take very many pictures. Most of these are from Rose’s camera. I was having such a good time, I just didn’t grab the camera.
One more thing, the local shop where my booth is located is closing. I spent Monday and Tuesday getting all my ducks in a row to make arrangements for all that stuff to come home. I still have my car loaded with a LOT of stuff. It will take me a while to organize it all and prepare to sell it via Craig’s List.
That is my Blissdom report. At a later date, I hope to share with you some of the things I learned at the great sessions I attended.
