Beautiful job! I have the “twin” to this hutch — it was my mother’s. Only difference is that it has one long drawer at the top, rather than 2 smaller ones, and the doors are not quite as “decorative”. I also have the matching table, and 1 of the chairs (the others have disintegrated…). I hope to someday get mine refinished. It was great seeing how nice mine could possibly look someday!! 😉

What is the color and type of paint that you used on this? I love it. It is the perfect finish and color.

It’s gorgeous! It was kind of outdated looking in the original finish, but you made it look so good! The finish looks flawless!

You had me fooled too! I love it in black. I know black paint is hard to paint with, shows everything, but darn it looks good when you are done. I can just imagine white dishes displayed in this cabinet. It is a perfect size for a small space, what a great Aunt Gail you are!

Another AMAZING transformation (I find myself using that word a lot here)! Loves me some black furniture…I just don’t think you can go wrong with it! I bet they were tickled “pink”!!
