Thank you all so much for your kind words about my sweet boy Louie. I miss him more than I thought I could. I knew it would be hard, but it’s so much more difficult than I imagined.
We have some great projects to inspire you from last week:
After Pieced Pastimes replaced the old carpeted stairs, she wasn’t about to put carpet back down. I love her alternative to carpeted stairs.
Sweet and easy jello mold candle holders from Knick of Time.
My Salvaged Treasures used some decorative lamp banding (who knew there was such a thing) and an old piece of wood to make this rustic heart décor. I’m guess you could find some scrap book paper to get a similar look.
I love this easy tutorial for stenciled pillows from Wisconsin Magpie. I don’t like to sew, but envelope pillows out of drop cloth are my favorite pillows.
Unique Junktique goes the extra step on this pretty furniture makeover. It really is all in the details.
Have you made chalky paint with baking soda? Love My Simple Home shared this beautiful mirror she painted. Many people don’t like painted wood, but I think the improvement on this mirror is amazing.

Repurposed cabinet door ideas from Thrifty Treasures.
Thank you all for linking up and linking back to My Repurposed Life. You continue to inspire me.
