I guest-posted this Christmas Card Holder tutorial over at Angie’s The Country Chic Cottage
To make this easy card holder you will need:
Ornament Hooks ($$$ tree)
Duct tape (I have oversized duct tape)
Upholstery webbing (I got mine at Wal-mart)
Door Knob Hanger ($$$ tree)
tools-scissors, needle and thread
Cut your tape to fit the width and length of your webbing. Lay your ornament hooks on the tape and press them down.
Carefully turn your tape over and adhere it to the webbing. Press down firmly on all the ends.
Sew your door knob hanger to the top edge that you have turned under and secured with tape.
Fold up the bottom (tail) of your webbing and secure.
Hang on your wall and add your Christmas cards.
Now I just need to receive some cards.
I love doing tutorials.

I love this idea. I’ve used a ribbon before, but all I did was staple the cards to it, nothing fancy at all.
Love it! What a great idea. Much classier than taping them to the closet door (what my family has done for years).
Brilliant! I love it!
Wow, how did you ever think of that! Very cute. Hmmm…I have some of that webbing!
This is a real winner! Great job!
i commented over there when you did it, but just wanted to reiterate that i love this idea!

Oh too cute Gail… love it. Where do you find that webbing? I haven’t come across that anywhere in my travels.
Hugs, Deb
Hobby Lobby sells it and plenty similar, if you have one near you. Don’t forget to use a coupon if you do! 🙂
Super cute! I’ll have to check out that dollar tree place, those ornament hooks are nice!
That is SO cute, but we get TONS of cards from people at church, so I’d have to make a BUNCH of them! lol 🙂 Love it though…might have to make one just so I can have it on the back of my front door! You’re such a crafty little lady!
Love ya! Oh, haven’t been over to do mom’s twins yet…it’s been crazy around here getting ready for Thanksgiving and all, but I promise I haven’t forgotten ya! 🙂
