My parents gave me the identical dog when I was 2 years old and I named him Mr. Charles after my neighbor. He was my most cherished possession and I still have him 22 years later! Your’s is in MUCH better shape (most Mr. Charles’ velvety fur has rubbed off). I was so excited to see another “Mr. Charles” in your picture! 🙂

I have the wall paper & mod podge on hand….will probably get a can of outdoor polyurethane and give it a try!
