I am going to do this I think I already have the basket I will hang it from the red maple tree in my front yard. I just wondered if it will get enough sun light

Gail, this is such a great idea! I’ve got dollar tree solar lights placed in several spots in my yard and garden but wanted to get some light in elevated places (in shade, no less!) and wasn’t sure what to do. I thought I’d have to use battery powered lights which is such a pain compared to solar. I appreciate you adding the note “that the small solar panel grabs a charge even in partial shade.” I’m going to give this a try! Thanks for the inspiration!

Gail, I love his solar light idea. I don’t have any wire moss baskets but last year, before recycling an old fan, I kept the two wire ‘cages’. They are bigger than your basket but I’m going to paint them & order some glass crystals.
