Isn’t it great when your friends know you so well they text you with pictures of great curb finds?
Leann spied these in her neighborhood, and alerted me about them, asking if I wanted them. Oh my, heck yeah!
I don’t know the size or what shape they are in, but my rule is take it when you can get it, because you can always set it to the curb for YOUR neighbors if you end up not wanting it.
I know I’ll find some use for these pieces, the problem will be finding a place to STORE them.
Thank you Leann for not only grabbing these pieces, but for taking all the pics! You’re the best!
That’s all I have this week….I haven’t been thrift shopping, or yard saling. There’s no need to buy stuff, when I can get it for free!
What have you picked up lately?

I’m so jealous! We don’t have that service you have back east, so nothing ever gets left on curbs here. Luckeeeee! 🙂
Interesting!
So…these look pretty solid. Do you only take hard wood; or do you take the particle board furniture that is so prevalent today?
If this is wood– you’ve got some good material for projects.

I love it and can’t wait to see what you do with it So nice to have someone looking out for items for you!. I haven’t found anything lately.
Thank you for ruining my life. Now every Wednesday (trash day) while I drive through the neighborhood, I find myself tapping the brake and thinking what could I do with that!!
O M goodness!
It’d be real nice if you’d set those out on the curb for ME!!!

Found a king-size headboard propped up near my sister’s house ($0) and a enormous piece of foam for padding it at a yard sale ($1). Will need to cut it down a little and still looking for fabric to cover it so I can have my upholstered headboard. 🙂
GREAT finds! I can see all that refinished fora little girl’s room! Love it!
Can’t wait to see their second life!!! They are in GREAT shape and are solid wood!!
