This is the free stuff I got from my cousin Terry last week. It doesn’t look like much all stacked up, but it’s good loot!
Here’s a different vantage point. You can see that I’ll be adding items to several departments in my storage area, including, windows, cribs, cabinet doors and regular doors.
I knew that I was getting a door and some windows, but this crib end was a surprise to me. Terry said she thought she knew what I'd do with the crib end, but I'd like to surprise her. 🙂 Do you think it should be a chalkboard easel, or something else?
This door is solid and very heavy. It does appear to be a little warped from being out in the weather. I think I already have plans for the door, but nothing like the other door projects I've done before.
This is the best shot I got of the windows. Upon arriving home that evening, it was so incredibly hot and humid that I unloaded this free stuff as fast as I could. I think there were 12 windows all together of varying sizes. The windows being so many, would make a great greenhouse IF I needed a green house.
Maybe I could make more window projects like I've already done.
These were also a little surprise. Terry keeps up with my projects, so she knows exactly the kind of stuff I like. I shouldn’t be surprised that she knows me so well. For now the cabinet doors will go in storage.
I made a stop at Home Depot on my way home to pick up some hooks and screws—while there I scored this small pallet!
It was a good week of recent finds, what would you do with this free stuff? I always love to hear your ideas.
