Happy Monday! I’m back with news about another DIY Workshop at the Home Depot! The workshop for this decorative holiday tree shelf is Saturday November 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM at your local Home Depot store. I’ve been busy putting my own spin on this project—which I’ll be sharing with you next week during our virtual party! Yes, a bunch of us bloggers have been asked to share our own customized version of this project. I’ll be giving you all the details about that party next week. Until then, let’s learn a little more about what you can do on November 18th at your local Home Depot store.
Put your holiday spirit on display. In this workshop, you will learn how to cut, stain and assemble a rustic tree shelf to house your holiday charm. In addition, our Store Associate will demonstrate safe practices in using common project power tools and can help you shop for everything you need to create your own project at home. The Home Depot Workshops are designed to provide a mix of associate-led instruction, demonstration, and some hands-on learning. Materials can be purchased to make your own project.
Have you ever been to a DIY Workshop at Home Depot? Each store has their own way of hosting the workshops, so be sure to contact your store for more details.
They host workshops at all of their locations for do-it-yourselfers of all ages and experience levels. There are three types of Workshops offered Do-It-Yourself (DIY), Do-It-Herself (DIH) and Kids.
Customers can learn how to build décor projects, how to make easy home repairs and how to operate tools through demonstrations and step-by-step instructions. If you’re a novice or just want to get together with your family or friends and make great memories, this workshop is for you! I think it would be perfect as a mother/daughter project for you and your teen. Visit http://workshops.homedepot.com to learn more. It’s a great way to spend a morning with those you love.
I really hope you’ll click the pretty Holiday Tree Shelf image above for more details. Making holiday projects together is a great way to create lasting memories. This is a project that you can bring out year after year to remember that special time together. The family that DIY’s together will bond over the trials, tribulations and occasional mishap along the way. 🙂
If you have previously attended any workshop at The Home Depot and would like to provide feedback, please feel free to use this form. Your experience and response helps The Home Depot make the improvements you want to see.
I can’t wait to share my project with you next week.
