Holy cow what a crazy night! We have been doing fun plumbing fixes at our house too, we ended up calling a plumber and it was good because what we thought was the problem wouldn’t have fixed it! Glad you got it all sorted out, I hate that desperate feeling of panic!

WHEW!; what a night! Gad you were able to get the toilet fill valve done. Sorry about the “flooding”. I will do a simple repair on a toilet or sink. But if I feel it is something I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing, I will call in a pro!

WOW Gail! What a night! Glad you got it taken care of! In my experience working a plumber, shut offs leak all the time especially when they aren’t used very often.
