Hi Gail. I’m new here, but excited to have finally found a place to purchase Annie Sloan’s. Kudos on your DIY award! Your repurposed cart looks great, but I was wondering (and disappointed) why you didn’t use A. S.’s paint, thereby skipping the priming? I’m anxious to hear because I am new to repurposing, and fave never used this high-quality chalk paint, but I know what certain pieces of furniture are calling out for.

Great re-do! I have GOT to get me one of those jigs..I love pocket holes! Do you remember how much they are? I hate having to put in braces under shelves…that is such a handy little contraption! :-)Can’t wait to see your kitchen! I know you’ll be happy to have it all done…I remember what a relief it was when I finished mine. 🙂 Hope you take a break after you’re all done…gotta give that back a break! ;-)Love ya girlie!Missy 🙂

What a clever daughter you have, just like her Mamma... I love that blue colour, so fresh looking.

Yes I was paying particular attention to the jig application. I hope to use mine this weekend. I may be asking some questions later.

Jamie had brilliant insight on that cart. I LOVE the coverage of that paint too & the feet are so much cuter now....I am dying over here. I want to see it all. It will be beautiful. :)
