My daughter bought a house four years ago (hard to believe it’s been that long already) I have helped her over the years do some “fixing up”. This past spring it was time to lay a floor in her upstairs bedroom. It is a finished attic. You enter at one end of the attic. There is a half bath and two small closets in a small hallway in the middle of the attic. At the end of the attic is where her twin bed has been all this time. She finally decided to upgrade to a full size bed, and then the project snowballed from there! This is a wall length closet she and I installed last year. It is the first thing you see when you come up the stairs.

This picture was taken from the top of the stairs, looking through the closet into the hallway and the bedroom. Note all the doorways in that very small hall. Because of the doorways, there was a lot of notching to do.
It’s fun to leave a note

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving such a sweet comment! I appreciate it. I just had to giggle when I saw that you leave behind little notes for the next DIY-er to find cause we do the same thing! We’ve left notes under furniture, behind the washer and dryer, who knows where else…I love it! It’s got me smiling knowing we’re not the only ones to do that *smiles* Have a blessed day!
