Do you know what happens when a gal writes a DIY repurposed blog with tutorials on a regular basis? She ends up collecting a lot of projects that need to be rehomed. To do that, I attend one craft show a year in Glendale Kentucky. That show happens to be this weekend. I am setting up 2 booths today with a.lot.of.stuff.
It took a couple of hours to get it all loaded into a pickup truck. I can only imagine how much time it will take me to get it all set up. This will be my first time renting 2 booths.
It was dark when I finished, so the pictures don’t really do it justice. I’ll be doing some updates on facebook, instagram and twitter later today.
I didn’t go to Glendale last year, that’s why I have so much stuff. The weather is suppose to be nice, so hoping to move a lot of stuff so I won’t have so much to bring home. If you’re local, you should stop by.
Hoping it all survives the trip, and that I can successfully set it all up. I think I’m getting too old for this.
You can see that my tables are at the back of the truck. That’s my tip for you. The last things I load are the tents and the tables. Last in, means first out. Hopefully I can get the tents up and the tables set up before I have to unload the rest of the stuff.
If you do craft shows, do you have any tips for the rest of us?

O, I do hope you have helpers…2 booths…that’s a lot of stuff.
Thanks for coming by.
Oh I have been thinking of you all weekend wondering how it is all going. I hope your truck is empty for the trip home!
Good Luck, Gail!
I hope your show goes well. I’m all set up for my show this weekend. My only advice…get as much help as you can setting up and taking it down, sit down when you can and drink lots of water. Good luck.
Gail, I was wondering where you were storing all those amazing projects. 🙂 Best of luck and I hope you get top dollar for every.single.piece. You deserve it!
Can’t wait to see you and all you’re bringing with you!
Hi Gail! Make sure you get plenty of rest a few nights before the event and take your vitamins.
Good luck, Gail! I hope you have a great, profitable weekend!
best of luck to you!
