I suppose since I can’t really work on projects that the next best thing is to go junk shopping. Over the weekend I visited my favorite Vendors’ Village. I suppose many people have some cabin fever because they were really busy.
I barely got the haul in my car. I should have taken a picture of all of the stuff on the flat cart. Another photo op missed!
These finials were stuck back in a dark corner and I almost missed them! There were nine of them, for one dollar each. I bought them all. I wish there had been more. I may use them for furniture feet on a future project.
Do you remember the ½ price sale last week? This hutch is in that booth. It’s way over my limit, but I think I can easily give it a quick makeover and make a nice profit.
This vintage suitcase was also in the 50% off booth. I’ve never had one of these hard cover vintage suitcases. I think it was a good deal at $10.
Terry spotted this vase/container. I have been wanting some kind of tall vessel for staging.
Terry also found this extra large mirror that she thought should come home with me—it did.
This tall wooden finial didn’t make the cut this week. Maybe I’ll get it if it’s still there next week.
I like to collect white items for staging.
You may remember this sewing machine I passed on last week—I went back early in the week and picked it up while it was 50% off.
If the weather doesn’t break soon, I’m going to be stacking projects in waiting on top of each other!
