I haven’t been out junking lately, but it doesn’t really matter. Junk finds me! I have the best family and friends ever! Not only do they pick up stuff for me, but they even deliver it!
My friend Leann texted me this picture of windows on the side of the road near her house. I have a LOT of windows in my stash, but I saw some that I thought would make great projects.
I asked her to pull out these two windows. She was willing to get them ALL, but I didn’t need any of them. It’s so hard to say no when it’s free!
She picked up the windows I asked for, and the next day or so, I came home to find them waiting for me. Thanks Krysta!
I had also texted her to pick up the two on the very end. Like I said, it’s soooo hard to say no!
Now, on to this great find! I shop Home Depot all the time. While cruising through the paint department, I saw that they had canvas dropcloths on clearance. You won’t believe how cheap these were. A 2 pack of 6×9 canvas dropcloths for $5.90. That is less than three bucks for ONE drop cloth. I love using them for projects, and SHOCKER—I also use them as dropcloths.
Here are some of my drop cloth projects:
But I would love to hear your ideas for ways to use some of my dropcloths! After all, I have 8 of ‘em.
