Saturday was a beautiful day, and I was really busy trying to tie up loose ends on all my unfinished projects. I didn’t make as much headway as I had hoped due to several distrations. Late in the day I got a call from a friend who was cleaning out the estate of her in-laws. (Pap & Meme)
Her first question was about this t.v. This is a picture she texted me. Before I could answer her back, she called me telling me I should just come over and look at some stuff.
As I said, I was very busy, and it was getting late. We loaded up the truck, brought the stuff home and unloaded the truck without me taking any pictures. They were so sweet to follow me home and unload the heavy stuff for me.
The following pics are after we unloaded and I stored the items.
There was this cute side table.
UPDATE: see the table after it's makeover
Here you can see a dresser, a desk, and the dresser drawers stacked on top of it. The t.v. is on the cart on the left.
Last, but not least—this itty bitty table.
Not shown, a mirror that goes with the dresser. I wish I could have taken pictures on Sunday, but the weather swung to the left and it turned COLD, windy and snowy. I’m so tired of winter weather, but thankful for the wonderful sunny days we have had sprinkled among the cold days. I know a great deal of you are dealing with it, or maybe even worse.
I was able to get some painting done on Friday and Saturday with my favorite Finish Max. I had a great time using my new rolling work table.
I’m hoping to show you some updates soon. Or at least show you one or two new projects I’ve been working on.
I really look forward to warmer weather so I can tackle these recent finds.
