FANTASTIC!!!! I found your site from HomeTalk and have been pokin’ thru it for an hour now! LOL…I love chalkboard paint, I DO have some but have NOT used any yet!! We live in a small house, big garage [hubbies’ stuff is PACKED in the garage] so I have to wait til summer to do any painting stuff!! This is awesome!! I have a few windows that I wanted to do this to, but wanted to leave one of them with the chippy paint on it. Should I use a clear coat spray to keep it looking ‘shabby’ ? Thanks for the advice and thanks for a great blog!!!!….Pam

Wow! What an adorable art piece this is. =) But the bonus is it’s very functional. You can write or stick a post on it to communicate with others. You can use it in your home to leave messages to your family members, or at the office to communicate with your colleagues.

DOH, I would have never thought of the white board/glass part. How smart are you. Good use of the ceiling tiles. It is too cute, love the turquoise/black & white combo, very striking. I like the molding at both the top and the bottom looks-wise, but think I would definitely hang it on the wall, it would get a lot more use that way. What a great idea – I’m so stealing it 😉
