Gail, this is really beautiful! I love how it looks in your yard, I can imagine the light beaming off of them 🙂 I was cleaning out my craft closet for the holidays and ran across hundreds of beads/glass that I couldn’t get rid of from my grandma, knowing someday I would turn them into something! You may have just answered that “something” for me

Way back when our kids were little may mom and I made something similar with the kids, so this totally brought me back to that wonderful memory of my mom, and the kids as being little!!

I just googled it and yes, it’s recommended to hang them near your windows to keep birds from flying into them. I do have a small one hanging in my picture window, but I so enjoy seeing them dance in the breeze. Hanging them around my porch at my vacation home will still allow them four other acres to explore. 🙂

After seeing the large tree bling at the farmer’s market, I kept my eye out for cheap jewelry at my local junk mall. Now, with all the new goodies my daughter found on Marketplace, the ideas are endless!

I need to stop donating my old costume jewelry! This is a beautiful idea for the garden! It’s also the perfect gift.
