I had this bunk bed
I used the headboard and the bottom half of the foot board for the Naval bench.
I cut some scraps and used a router on them.
I attached the squares with a nail gun and some Gorilla Wood Glue.
I used some DIY Chalky paint as primer on the entire piece. You can see the headboard bench with storage shelf here in the background.
This sign is double-sided. One side is a chalkboard, a temporary sign for a wedding centerpiece . . .
. . . the other side is perfect for a vinyl saying, a more permanent reminder of the special day.
I think it would look great with ribbons and such, but you know I don’t have a knack for that.
This was a fun and easy project using scraps from another project.
