Dresser/Chest

Broken down dressers and chests still have a lot of life left in them. You can upcycle the actual dresser or chest, but at the very least use the drawers and other parts for new projects.

For example, I turned a drawer into a small shelf.

For an easy furniture makeover, repaint or decoupage a dresser. If you're into diy, transform a chest of drawers into a book case.

Ask around to family and friends to see if they are getting rid of any unwanted furniture pieces. Those pieces could be your practice projects.  Sawing furniture is one of my favorite past times!
