dressers chests nightstands

I have been repurposing dressers chests and nightstands for years. I love changing up furniture, cutting it apart, painting it and giving it a new and useful purpose. Many times, these pieces are found cheap at thrift stores, on the side of the road, or my very favorite, dropped off on my doorstep. It’s a funny thing–once you start collecting junk, it just sort of finds you. I hope you find something to inspire you to pick up a saw or a paintbrush and get busy.

Hi gail! Love this post! Especially the repurposed bench from a dresser! I have actually made one also! Check it out at http://illjustpaintit.com/dresser-repurpose-to-toddler-bench/. I’m thinking of selling mine. I’ve looked around a bit and can’t find much pricing. Do you mind if I ask what you asked/got for yours? PS: I really love the brown paper decoupage project!
All great ideas and transformations! Pinning!
