Whoa! It’s been a rough week trying to get back into the swing of things after the show at Glendale. Sure glad I only do one show a year!
I have some of your super projects that caught my eye this week:
How to paint wood floors from The Thrifty Rebel—I can’t wait to see the final result!
Sadie Seasongoods shows you how to make a jack-o-lamp! Isn’t he fun?

House of Hipsters will show you how to personalize candle jars—great for the holidays or gift giving!
Can you spot the 90 cent SAUDER bookshelf as the base of this beautiful china cabinet from Freddy and Petunia?
New chair on the left, then So Much Better with Age worked her magic on it and suddenly you have a rustic looking chair!
What is a storm collar? I dunno, but The Scrap Shoppe made a beautiful harvest wreath out of it. Michele also has a roundup of 75 Fall wreaths to share with you.
Make Me Pretty Again did just THAT with this waterfall vanity/desk. You really need to click over to see all the details—beautiful job!
Amazing transformation of an industrial spool into a rustic table by Masion de Pax, genius!
You seriously won’t believe the before of this empire dresser—Forever Decorating put a lot of LOVE into this piece for her son and daughter-in-law and it really shows.
Martha Leone Design gives you the perfect tips to redo some mid century modern pieces with a 2 tone look. Simply beautiful!

Haha! I don’t know what you’re SUPPOSE to do with a storm collar either. But it does make for a great wreath form!! Cheaper than Styrofoam, too. 🙂 Thanks for the feature, my friend! Hope you’ve been recovering and having a great week!
