How to make awesome repurposed cupboard door signs. They make great gifts, or items for craft shows. People love unique sighs for themselves or others. Easy projects. #MyRepurposedLife #repurposed #cupboard #door #signs #giftideas via @repurposedlife

Who wouldn't love some great repurposed cupboard door signs? My good friend Jan gave me some cupboard doors. Within a couple of days I started changing them up. I love making signs, I love cupboard doors, and FREE is pretty awesome too. Thanks Jan!

    Easy Cupboard Door Signs

all because two people fell in loveJan had already put primer on some of the doors, so that made my job even easier.

Sign | All Because Two People Fell in Love

all because two people fell in love cupboard door signWhite on black is my favorite style, it's so classic, don't you think?

    Family Rules Sign

Family Rules cupboard door signI made another “family rules” sign. I made it very similar to my own Family Rules sign. (which still hangs in my living room) The best think about these diy cupboard door signs is how easy it is to customize them for your needs.

    God's Top 10 Sign

God's Top 10 SignEach time I put one of these God’s Top 10 in the booth it sells, so I made another one. I've also made them for a good friend, and she keeps giving them away. So, of course I make her another. Until finally I told her it was the last one I was making for her. 🙂

Welcome Sign | Repurposed Cupboard Door

cupboard door sign | WelcomeThis was my first attempt at using two colors of vinyl. I think it turned out really well, don't you?

closeup cupboard door sign | Welcome

Here's a closeup so you can read the smaller letters on the repurposed cupboard door sign.

    Chalkboard To Do List Sign

Chalkboard To Do ListThis cupboard door had not been painted, so I left it wood toned. It's very unusual for me to leave something natural, especially when it's this light color wood. But when I'm making things to sell, it's difficult to know exactly what someone will want. So, variety is the spice of life, eh?

oops- vinyl in wrong order cupboard door signOops! Things don’t always go as planned. I probably shouldn’t talk on the phone with Rose while I’m placing vinyl on a chalkboard. (Just keeping it real folks)

I plan to take a good deal of signs to Glendale Crossing Days in October. I just need to design a display piece for them. Any ideas?

Love the signs. I use a wooden dislay piece that has shelves on it to display my signs. I'll see if I can find a picture and send to you, maybe it will give you some inspiration.

What a great idea! This would be a great use of the cupboards (despite that they don't have as much character as yours...maybe some paint will add character?!)

These are the bomb! You are becoming such an expert with that vinyl! The only thing I can think of for your display of course is peg board. Lame I know...

So, would you be willing to mail signs to me if I bought them from you? I really love that Welcome sign and would love to have one of those God's Top 10 signs, but I can't exactly come all the way to your booth to get them. If it's a possibility, could you send me an email at btumbry@gmail.com

Love them all, but my fave is the one using two different vinyls...never even thought of that!

I finally made something with my new Silhouette and vinyl, will be posting it soon on my blog. I have to say that I love using the clear contact paper as transfer paper, especially when reusing it so it isn't so sticky!

Your signs just keep getting better. I like the sign with two colors of vinyl but LOVE the "to do list" sign. I'm sure it would be a big seller at a craft fair.

Can you take some tall shutters and make a box from them to hand the signs? You cold hinge the shuttes and use screen door hooks to fasten them into a square for display.
