Do you remember these frames I had leftover from my yard sale? I’m going to show you easy dry erase ideas for picture frames!
Yard Sale Picture Frames
Originally I only pulled out a few of the many frames that were left over. I decided it was silly to donate ANY of the frames.
Spray Paint cheap picture frames
I thought I would spray paint some of them, because most of them were black. I carefully removed and cleaned all the glass.
In that pile you can also see the frame I got recently at a yard sale. I plan to hang it in my bedroom on my wall of frames.
Printed paper or scrapbook paper
I have had these two boxes of “specialized” papers for YEARS! So, I really don’t know how long, but Jamie’s been away from home for 10 years, (4 years of college and now 6 years in Nashville) and I’m sure I had them while she was still in high school. I rummaged through the papers looking for some that would be fun for dry erase purposes.
It was VERY difficult to take these pictures without a glare. That is why you see a lot of them laying down on this bench.
Easy DIY Dry Erase Ideas for thrift store frames
This string wrapped paper reminded me of “tying a string around your finger” to remember something important.
This unique golf paper was too small for this frame, so I used a piece of black cardboard as a mat. Perfect for the golfer in the family.
This paper is the bulk paper you can buy at any store for your printer. I had some fall paper . . . .
