Yesterday I showed you how to print on drop cloth fabric. Today I’m going to show you how I printed on bead board wallpaper.

The sticky label paper I used on the drop cloth is very sticky. I think it would be too sticky for the backing of the wallpaper.
    100_5885
This sticky label paper is “removable”. I applied it to the back of the bead board wallpaper. I then cut the paper to size. The wallpaper was a trade off. I traded this table for the wallpaper a couple of months ago.

I used a really pretty floral graphic from The Graphics Fairy.

I was asked about my printer, it is a photo smart from HP. I’m assuming that it is an inkjet printer.

This is another image I got at the Graphics Fairy.

The ink did take quite a while to completely dry on the wallpaper.

decorating with frames Did you notice how well the ridges of the wallpaper line up with the ridges on the wall? I simply attached the wallpaper to the wall with some double sticky tape.

I would say the possibilities may be endless as to what I can print on this wallpaper.
    drop cloth pillow
This is the image I showed you yesterday. I made it into a small pillow.

Love how that printed out on the wallpaper. Now if I can just get up the nerve to run that fabric through my printer. Love that little pillow you made and YES... I love anything French. My new obsession Ü

Gail, Gail, Gail....I LOVE IT! I am amazed that wallpaper went through your printer so easily. I have some beadboard wallpaper, but it's the thick foam-like stuff...doubt it would go through. Yours is just thin regular wallpaper right? I missed how you printed on the drop cloth, I'll have to go check that out too! 🙂

Gorgeous... the possibilites are endless with that procedure... Oh my mind is going fifty miles an hour now... I have some burlap I would love to do this on. Now I have to go buy a printer... I only have a laser printer wonder if that would work too... thanks for posting.

Granny J you can buy the paper at Home Depot.

This looks great! I love both the wallpaper and the fabric. I really want to try the fabric. Your pillow is just beautiful. I wonder if there is a way to set the ink so it can be washed.

I love the beadboard wallpaper. That's what I need for the back of my hutch. Wonder if I can buy it locally or have to order it online. Your pillow is beautiful. That silhouete looks perfect above the doll.

I love the idea of printing on the beadboard wallpaper. The flowers look particularly beautiful. (funny that you traded a table for it) haha. Again, the full-size stickers. It sure seems to give these pieces enough body to get pulled through. Love the tips, Gail!
