Color Block Painting on Glass
Think about color in the home, for a holiday, or special occasion like a wedding. Easily upcycle a vase using paint and tape. Maryann (Domestically Speaking) is the queen of painting. She will definitely show you the power of paint if you peruse her site. What color will you use?
Upcycled Glass using a Paint Sprayer
Do you have some old wine bottles? This is an easy project to do in multiples! Be sure and check out the mason jar tissue holders too.

Upcycled Thrift Store Milk Glass for Table Scapes
Christy Little has a real eye for design, and thrift store finds! Milk glass is getting harder to find these days. If you're fortunate enough to find some pieces, you're in luck because all you need to do is fill the vessels and group them with other items you already have to make a sweet vignette or table scape!
Snowman | Upcycled Plates
Upcycling glass isn't limited to vases, urns, and jars! Pam from House of Hawthornes made this adorable snowman from three random plates. She calls him Thrifty the Snowman, isn't he perfect for a winter porch?

How cute is this vintage salt shaker made into a Christmas ornament? Isn't Carlene (Organized Clutter) a genius to turn this sweet shaker into an ornament?
Upcycled Thrift Store Ceiling Fan Globes
Ceiling fan globes are plentiful at thrift stores, usually at great prices. These easy solar light globes are fun to make and pretty to display.

Granted, this glass jar lamp project may not be for beginners, but maybe it will inspire you to do something similar. Cindy (Reinvented Delaware) will walk you through the steps to do it yourself.
Upcycled Ball Jar
Shop at Blu (Suzanne) uses Ball jars for Christmas decor. I'm sure you could think of other items to use in the jars. Think Easter, Spring, 4th of July and more!

What a great post! So many good, thrifty ideas to repurpose things we already have. I love this stuff. Love that snowman from plates, and the glass "globe" light. I love the wine bottle with the decoupaged flowers on the front and the key hanging on it - hat a delightful Valentine gift!
