    I love, love, love using an emery board for simple distressing. If you just want an outline around the edges, THIS is the way to go!

    How to get a Smooth Paint Finish on Projects

    Because I order a lot of stuff online, I have a bunch of this around the house! Brown craft paper is great for between coat sanding to get the perfect smooth finish on your furniture and repurposed projects.

    Old School Trick I Learned from my Mom

    Do you know about this old school trick? My mom taught me this while I was still living at home, and I've never forgotten it. Use bar soap to easily drive tough screws.
