Anyone who reads my blog on a regular basis knows I have some favorite items to repurpose. Two of those favorite items are doors and windows. Last fall I made these two repurposed window cupboards for the mother (Mary)  of a good blog friend, Missy @ My Cottage Charm. These cupboards have been in my top 10 ever since I first posted them.

This is how they looked without their doors (windows).

Here they are with their doors attached.

Missy recently sent me these pictures of the cupboards in Mary’s attic room filled with “pretties.”

Missy apologized for the pictures taken with her cell phone. I’ve been very curious to see the “twins” in their home.

Mary has dressed them up really nice, don’t you think?

Don’t you just love the cute little knobs?

Thanks Missy for sending me the pictures!

It’s been pretty slow around these parts lately. The weather is trying to warm up, but it’s still too cool to do much painting. I hope to have some things to share with you real soon. Jamie and I will be busy doing some wedding DIY stuff later this week. I’m really anxious to see the items she has thrifted for her reception. Doesn’t that sound like some great mother/daughter time?

Hey girly! 🙂 The twins do look nice....even if the pics were taken with my phone! lol 🙂 Mom loves them and they look just perfect on each side of the window, at the head of the stairs! 🙂 I'm glad she wanted them, or we wouldn't have gotten to meet!
