I’m a lover of chairs, chairs of all kinds! So many people toss old furniture aside when there is still so much potential for it to live a long and useful life! Even when a it is stained, missing a seat, or at the very least just the wrong color, there is always hope.

Did you get a new idea? Maybe some paint, stain, or stenciling? I currently have at least 6-7 in my stash, just waiting for a makeover or a new purpose. How about you? How many are you hoarding saving?

Umm, probably have 24ish chairs in my project stash. Can't resist them! I have just gotten to the point in my life where I can actually work on them. Just did 4 in Sherwin Williams lipstick red for a friend. And finishing up 4 in black for another friend. The deal is that whenever I finish up a set, I seem to get the old set for my stash! Good news, bad news. The pile never seems to go down! Thankfully my parents have a huge attic that I can keep them in. Thank you Gail for the Homeright inspiration - it has been an awesome partner in getting the chairs done! They turn out so beautifully! Great gallery of ideas, too. Thanks for sharing!

Carol,
hahahah that's so funny that you move 4 chairs out and get THEIR old chairs in return. having 24 chairs is better than having 24 dressers, right? I'm so happy you're on the Finish Max bandwagon. Isn't it a game changer? so easy to change up any project, but for chairs? A definite life saver. Keep us posted if you do any of these projects with one of your 24 chairs. š
